About the Digital Media Buying Chief position

The Digital Media Chief will lead our agencies Digital Media buying and Planing efforts using new media and digital tools.

You will work with a variety of teams to coordinate our clients digital marketing, advertising and promotional activities. Your goal is to select the best platforms to increase client engagement, obtain the desired results and increase efficiency.

We currently buy millions of dollars a year in different platforms like: facebook, google, youtube, Instagram, twitter and many more.

You will also manage relations with Bloggers, News Sites and Influencers.

You will manage a team of 6-10 qualified digital Media Specialist and a budget of Millions US every year.

Digital Media Specialist responsibilities are:

  • Design digital media campaigns that align with the goals of our business

  • Coordinate a team of media specialists

  • Grow the agency's digital Media Practice.

  • Coordinate and support the creation of digital content in various forms (e.g. banners,ads, stories, blogs)

  • Manage digital media advertising projects end-to-end

  • Work on new business pitches.

  • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media

  • Communicate effectively with all teams in the agency ensuring brand consistency

  • Suggest and implement methods to increase profitability

  • Monitor ROI, CPC, PPC, and agency KPIs

  • Stay up-to-date with digital media developments

Digital Media Chief´s requirements are:

  • Proven work experience as a Digital media specialist or Digital Media Marketing manager or comparable role

  • Skillful knowledge of the ways of the Digital Media

  • Experience managing teams, leadership Skills

  • Report every Campaign with Dashboards.

  • Outstanding analytical and project management skills

  • Be able to multitask and work under tight deadlines

  • Your verbal and written communication skills should be very strong.

  • Desired certification in Google Analytics, Google Adwords , Hubspot, and Facebook Blueprint.

  • BSc degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant field
